Melt the butter in a skillet
Add the chicken thighs and onion, and fry over low heat, stirring constantly for 5 to 8 minutes or until the chicken and onion are cooked through
Blend this mixture in a blender
Combine the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth
Pour into a serving dish or mold
Serve with toasted bread or thinly sliced baguette
