2/3 cup of water
1/3 cup of wheat for quibbe
1/2 cup of cooked or roasted chicken diced
1/4 cup of red bell pepper diced
4 tablespoons of natural yogurt
4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon of curry powder
1 tablespoon of mustard
salt to taste
4 slices of whole grain bread
2/3 cup of water

In a pan, mix the water and wheat for quibbe
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly over low heat
Let it cool and mix with the chicken and red bell pepper
To part, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, curry powder, mustard, and salt to taste
Add the cooked chicken to the mixture
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve
Serve on whole grain bread
