1/2 pound pork loin
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
black pepper to taste
Exotic Sauce:
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 pound pork loin

Exotic Sauce:
1/2 cup orange marmalade

For the pork loin: combine all ingredients except the exotic sauce and brush over the loin
Cover and refrigerate for one to two days, flipping occasionally
Preheat oven to moderate temperature (350°F)
Drain excess fat from the meat, place in a roasting pan, and put in the oven
Roast, basting with the marinade and a little water as needed
For the exotic sauce: combine all ingredients well
