Filling
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

500g diced abobora
4 cloves garlic, minced

Dough
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt

1 egg, beaten
10 drops food coloring black

Filling
Cook abobora in water until soft
Drain and pat dry. Reserve
Pound chicken, season with salt and pepper
Sauté chicken with onion and garlic in olive oil
Cook for 20 minutes or until the meat is tender and golden brown
If needed, add more water
Blend cooked chicken in a processor to obtain a thick paste
Mix abobora, chicken, eggs, cheese, and seasonings
Let it cool down
Dough
Mix flour, yeast, and salt
Add butter and mix with hands until a crumbly mixture is obtained
Add milk and knead until smooth dough forms
Assembly
Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Open half of the dough and line the bottom and sides of the ring mold with it
Place the filling
Open the remaining dough and cover the torta
Press edges together
Use pastry brushes to trim excess dough from the edges
Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown
Remove from oven
Spider Web
Heat water and butter over low heat until melted
Add flour and mix quickly until a ball forms that can be easily removed from the bottom
Remove from heat and add egg
Mix well
Add food coloring and mix
Grease the bottom of ring mold with butter
Place dough in plastic bag with fine nozzle and draw six lines crossing the center of the disk
Draw circles over the lines
Bake for 10 minutes
Place the spider web on top of the torta
If desired, add plastic spiders.
