In a blender, beat the milk, egg, wheat flour, salt, and butter
Grease a small anti-stick frying pan with some oil and cook the pancakes one by one. Reserve

Fry the hot dogs until browned and pat dry with paper towels
Cut the hot dogs in half
Place a portion of ricotta cheese on each pancake, put half a hot dog on top, and roll up
