2 cups of wheat flour
1 pinch of salt
3/4 cup of water

In a deep dish, combine the wheat flour and salt
Make a well in the center and add the water
Gradually mix these ingredients with a fork until the dough comes together
Place it on a surface and knead until smooth
Roll out to a circle of approximately 22 cm diameter and place your desired filling on half the dough
Close the other half over the top and press the edges firmly
Fry in hot oil until golden brown
For the filling, note these suggestions: sliced ham and mozzarella, chopped tongue, tuna and cheese.
