1 cucumber
2 tablespoons (chopped) of onion
4 tablespoons (freshly squeezed) of lime juice
1/4 cup of butter or margarine
1/4 cup of water

6 tomatoes
6 tablespoons of breadcrumbs (fresh)

1 cucumber

Preheat the oven to a hot temperature (200°C)
Deseed the cucumbers
Cut into 1/2 cm cubes
In a saucepan, combine the onion, lime juice, butter or margarine, water, salt and black pepper
Allow it to simmer, reduce heat and cook slowly for 5 minutes
Cut off the tops of the tomatoes
Remove the pulp
Turn the tomatoes to drain
Fill the tomatoes with the cucumber mixture
Sprinkle with moist breadcrumbs (2 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine)
Put in a hot oven and bake for approximately 15 minutes until the tomatoes are tender and the breadcrumbs have browned
Dish out into 6 portions.
