5 large and ripe tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated strong cheese
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
Chopped fresh parsley

5 large and ripe tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped fresh parsley
Cut off the top quarter of each tomato
Cut a zigzag border around the edge; season with salt and pepper
Mix together the breadcrumbs, cheese, and butter
Sprinkle over the tomatoes
Garnish with chopped parsley
Place aluminum foil on the grill to prevent the tomatoes from falling
Serve when the tomatoes are still warm
Serve immediately
