1 1/2 cups cooked shrimp or canned
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup pimentos, sliced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup salad seasoning (vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper)

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for a short time
Serve over crisp lettuce leaves
Chill for 4 hours
If desired, substitute apple in place of celery.
