Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the seeds and keep the pulp
In a bowl, mix the salt and garlic
Spread the mixture inside the tomato with your hands
In a non-stick baking dish, arrange the tomato with the opening facing down
Place it in the oven at medium temperature for 30 minutes
Drain excess water, flip the tomato over and bake again until golden
Remove from the oven, let cool, and season with oregano, parsley, and olive oil.
