Mix together in a bowl the butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of red pepper flakes
Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes or until the butter melts, stirring constantly
Add grated cheese and simmer for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth
Serve over toast
