1 cup of cured ham, crumbled

1 tablespoon of mustard
1/2 cup of tomato puree
5 toasted bread slices

Mix the first four ingredients well
Toast the bread and remove the crust
Cut each slice into 3 or 4 strips
Spread the cured ham mixture on top and bake in a hot oven (200°C)
Bake until golden brown
Serve 15 to 20 canapés.
