8 hard-boiled eggs
1 1/4 cups of butter or margarine
2 1/3 cups of wheat flour
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
your preferred cream

Crack the egg yolks into a bowl, using a strainer
Add the butter or margarine cut into small pieces, the flour, sugar, and cinnamon
Mix until it's easy to handle with your hands and the bowl
Divide into 5 parts
Spread each part on the bottom of an opening mold or a round mold of 22 cm in diameter, greased
Bake in a moderate oven preheated to 180°C for about 30 minutes or until it's baked and lightly golden brown
Let cool
Place a layer on a plate
Cover with a little cream
Cover with more dough and cream
Suggestion: use cooked egg whites chopped up in a salad.
