Dough:

To make the dough: Mix the oat flakes with the all-purpose flour
Add the butter and start kneading, adding the water as needed to form a smooth dough
Place the dough in a refractory 21 cm diameter mold, gently pressing it into the bottom and sides
Bake in a preheated moderate temperature oven (180°C) for about 30 minutes or until golden brown
Remove from the oven and let cool to reheat
Prepare the filling: Mix the eggs with the cheese and add the chopped green onion
Season to taste with salt
Mix well and place on top of the baked dough
Return to the oven for about 40 minutes or until the filling is firm and golden brown
Serve in 6 portions.
