1/4 cup of cornstarch
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoons of active dry yeast

6 slices of garlic bread, cut into thin pieces

Dough
Beat the ingredients in a blender and reserve
Filling
Preheat the oven to 400°F
Melt the butter over medium heat and cook the garlic bread until it's soft
Season with salt
Dissolve the flour in milk and add to the skillet
Cook for three minutes or until thickened
Remove from heat and let cool
Assembly
Place half of the dough in the baking dish and spread the filling
Cover with the remaining dough, dust with Parmesan cheese, and bake until golden.
