Filling:
6 large egg yolks
3 whole eggs
1.1 lbs cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
3 oz chopped pecans

Combine all pastry dough ingredients
Add water gradually until the ingredients come together well
Roll out the dough and roll it into a spiral four times
Use the dough to line a tart pan
For the filling, cook the sweet potatoes over low heat with 1 cup of water until they reach a smooth consistency
Let cool, then mix in the chopped pecans and beaten eggs
Place the filling into the tart shell
Bake at moderate temperature until lightly golden.
