Let it cool
After 30 minutes, preheat the oven to high temperature, open the dough and grease the bottom of the cake pan
Bake until golden brown
Unmold and cover with jelly

Beat the egg whites until stiff and add the remaining sugar, beating
Mix the flour and cornstarch with the eggs and join the egg whites
Grease the baking sheet with parchment paper, place the dough, and bake for 10 minutes
Turn onto a surface dusted with powdered sugar

Soak the gelatin in hot water
Boil the wine, lemon juice, and sugar
