Directions

In a small saucepan, bring the water and butter to a boil over medium heat

When it starts to simmer, add the flour and mix well

Cook for approximately 5 minutes or until the dough comes off the sides of the pan

Remove from heat, transfer to a bowl and let cool slightly

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, stirring occasionally

Pour the melted chocolate into the prepared mold and smooth out the top
