For the dough, use
2 full cups of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter or margarine
3/4 cup and another tablespoon of white sugar
2 whole eggs and 1 egg yolk
Milk
Salt
For the filling
2 cups of cooked rice
3 tablespoons of melted chocolate
1 cup of fruit preserves or chocolate cream
1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
1 cup of candied fruits
White sugar
For the dough, use

Grease a removable-bottom cake pan and set aside
Prepare the dough: sift together white sugar, all-purpose flour, active dry yeast, and salt
Make a hole in the center and pour in the 2 whole eggs and unsalted butter, mixing everything with your fingertips
Then, add milk until the dough becomes well-moistened
Using a rolling pin, open the dough and line the bottom of the cake pan
Make some strips with the leftover dough and set aside
Prepare the filling: cook rice in water
Add melted chocolate, unsalted butter, fruit preserves or chocolate cream, mixing well
If desired, add nuts or almonds
Place the filling on top of the dough, spread evenly, and cover with crossed strips of dough
Brush these strips with a mixture of egg yolk and white sugar
Bake in a hot oven
Serve at room temperature.
