Pastry dough:

1 tablespoon of shredded tangerine peel to sprinkle

Mix the ingredients and bring to medium heat, stirring until thickened. Reserve
Pastry dough:
Put the ingredients in a blender, except for the flour
Blend until smooth and transfer to a bowl
Add the flour gradually, stirring
Knead the dough for five minutes and divide it into three parts
Open each one like a rectangle and add the filling
Roll them slightly and make a cake with the three doughs
Put it in a greased baking dish and let it rest for 15 minutes
Add the topping ingredients and brush on the cake
Garnish with shredded tangerine peel
Let it rest for two hours and bake in a medium preheated oven until golden brown
