1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup candied fruit
1/2 cup white raisins
1/2 cup black raisins
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
550 g fresh ricotta cheese
4 eggs
1 can sweetened condensed milk (395g)
Lime zest from 1 lime

Beat all the ingredients, except for the raisins, in a blender and reserve
Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Transfer the ricotta mixture to a 26cm diameter refrigerator and add the raisins
Mix and bake in the oven for approximately 45 minutes or until the surface is golden brown
Serve.
