3 tomato slices

'1/2 liter' cheese sauce (see below)
120g cooked green beans, chopped
2 hard-boiled eggs

1 kg cooked sweet potatoes, sliced
'3/4 cup' grated Parmesan cheese
Fry the tomatoes and onion in butter or margarine. Add the cheese sauce, green beans, and eggs. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and mix well. In a separate layer, alternate this mixture and sweet potato slices, ending with a sweet potato layer. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake at moderate heat (170°) for 35 minutes or until bubbly.

'4 tablespoons' all-purpose flour
salt to taste
2 cups milk
100g grated Parmesan cheese

Cheese Sauce
'4 tablespoons' butter or margarine
'4 tablespoons' all-purpose flour
salt to taste
2 cups milk
100g grated Parmesan cheese
Dissolve the butter or margarine in low heat
Add the all-purpose flour and salt, and mix well
Add the milk gradually, mixing very well
Cook without stopping, until the mixture thickens and bubbles
Remove from heat, add the grated Parmesan cheese, and mix well
Let it rest for 4 to 6 hours
