In a mixing bowl combine the mayonnaise and flour until a smooth mass forms
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and line the bottom and sides of a 25 cm diameter mold

Preheat the oven to 200°C
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion, mix in the sweet potato, season with salt and herbs
Beat the eggs, milk, and grated cheese together

Fill the cake with the sweet potato mixture and top with the egg mixture
