500 ml of white chocolate ice cream
2 boxes of biscuits
1 can of condensed milk
1 tablespoon of margarine
1/4 cup of milk
4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
500 ml of white chocolate ice cream

1 Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 15 minutes or until it's slightly creamy
Partly crush the chocolate biscuits and set aside
2 In a blender, combine condensed milk, margarine, milk, and cocoa powder
Blend well
3 Cook over low heat in a saucepan, stirring constantly for about 15 minutes or until the brigadeiro is smooth
Let it cool
4 Line the bottom of a removable-bottom pan with a layer of crushed biscuits and press down firmly
5 Layer the cake with ice cream, brigadeiro, and biscuits
Finish with the brigadeiro and top with biscuits
Chill in the freezer until firm.
