Let the ice cream sit out for 15 minutes or until slightly creamy

Crush the biscuits well and set aside

In a blender, blend the condensed milk, butter, milk, and chocolate chips

Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, for about 15 minutes or until it reaches a brigadeiro consistency
Let it cool

Line the bottom of a removable 15cm mold with a layer of crushed biscuits and press down well

Place a layer of ice cream, followed by a layer of brigadeiro, and then another layer of biscuits
Finish with a layer of brigadeiro and top with biscuits
Freeze until set.
