For the fruit salad
2 1/4 cups of water
1 2/3 cup of sugar
6 tablespoons of lemon juice
Peel from 3 lemons, cut into strips
3 mangoes, cut into cubes
3 papayas, cut into cubes
5 slices of pineapple, each 1 cm thick, cut into small pieces
6 kiwis, sliced thinly
For the syrup
12 ripe passionfruits, small ones
2 1/4 cups of water
3 cups of natural yogurt
3/4 cup of sugar
For the fruit salad

For the syrup
12 ripe passionfruits, small ones

3 cups of natural yogurt
3/4 cup of sugar
Bring a pot with water, sugar, lemon juice, and lemon peel to a boil
Stir constantly and let it simmer for 5 minutes
Let it cool down
Place the fruits in a salad bowl, add the prepared mixture, and refrigerate
Prepare the syrup: remove the passionfruit seeds, mix with water, and strain through a sieve
Mix well the yogurt with sugar and gradually add the passionfruit juice
Refrigerate until serving time
Serve the prepared syrup alongside the fruit salad.
