Whisk together the eggs and milk
Cook the pudding according to the package instructions, using the egg and milk mixture as the liquid
Remove from heat
Add the ricotta cheese and whisk well
Let it cool for 10 minutes
Beat the egg whites until fluffy and gradually add the granulated sugar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form
Add to the pudding
Place the mixture in the tart shells and top with your preferred fruits
You can use strawberries, blueberries, canned fruit, etc.
