1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup sweet Marsala or Sherry or Madeira wine
4 cups sliced strawberries

Beat the egg yolks with the cold water until they become frothy and light
Slowly heat in a water bath, add the honey and sweet Marsala and beat until thickened
Remove from heat and let cool slightly
Divide the strawberries into 6 servings of dessert and cover with the zabaglione
