1 recipe of tart crust (see below)
2 cups broccoli florets, chopped
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 onion, finely chopped
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 red bell peppers, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Prepare the tart crust and line a baking dish with it
Bake the crust for 10 minutes
Remove any excess florets from the broccoli
In a skillet, melt the butter or margarine, add the onion and cook until translucent
Add the broccoli florets and cook for 1 minute or until tender
Ensure the broccoli is well coated with the butter mixture
Spread the broccoli over the tart crust in the baking dish
Mix the eggs with the bell peppers and pour over the broccoli
Sprinkle grated cheese on top
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until firm, or about 6-8 servings
