To make the cake, cream the butter or vegetable butter and gradually add the sugar, beating without stopping
Add the all-purpose flour, cinnamon, and yeast to the mixture
Alternate adding the orange juice to the mixture, beating well
Finally mix in the egg whites, raisins, and hazelnuts
Pour into a greased pan
Bake in a moderate oven
To make the glaze, mix all the ingredients together and heat over low heat until everything melts completely
Beat a little and spread on top of the cake
Serve chilled.
