Make the pie:

Make the pie:

1 teaspoon of salt
1/3 cup of fat
3 tablespoons of cold water
Sauté the onion in fat and add the beef
Cook well
Remove the beef and onion from the pan and add the remaining fat, flour, milk, and Worcestershire sauce
Mix well
Place the mixture, beef, and vegetables (which can vary) in a pie dish
Season to taste
Sift together the flour and salt
Add the fat to the small pieces, mixing until a granular consistency is achieved
Join the cold water and mix with a fork until the dough is sufficiently thick to form a ball
Shape, making a lid for the pie dish
Make several cuts to allow steam to escape, and close the edge of the dough using a fork
Bake in a hot oven until the crust is golden brown, which takes about 30 minutes
You can also vary the presentation with large mushrooms, but you can also use asparagus, palm, tomato, etc., placing them on top of the pie at serving time.
