4 cups of wheat flour

Filling:

500g ground beef

4 ripe bananas, cut into 1-inch pieces

Possess the flour, yeast, butter, milk, and eggs in a container
Work the dough until it becomes homogeneous and no longer sticks to your hands
Cover and let rest for 10 minutes
Filling:
Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat
Fry the beef until all liquid is evaporated
Add the onion, salt, pepper, and tomato sauce
Cook for 5 minutes and sprinkle with parsley
Turn off the heat and let cool
Assembling:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F)
Reserve 1/4 of the dough
Roll out the remaining dough and line a 25cm-diameter removable tart pan with it, leaving a 2.5 cm border around the edges
Place the beef mixture inside, followed by the bananas
Roll out the remaining dough and cover the torta
Brush with egg yolk and bake in the oven for approximately 50 minutes.
