Milk Pastry Crust
3 cups of wheat flour
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of butter
Salt to taste
Onion Filling
5 onions, sliced
2 tablespoons of butter
2 teaspoons of beef broth cubes
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
4 tablespoons of wheat flour
2 tablespoons of grated cheddar cheese

Mix the pastry ingredients until homogeneous
Form a ball and wrap in plastic film
Refrigerate
Fry the onions in butter until caramelized
Add the beef broth cubes, eggs, milk, and finally wheat flour
Stir over low heat until it detaches from the bottom of the pan
Let it cool
Remove the pastry from the refrigerator and spread the onion filling
Dust with grated cheddar cheese and bake in a medium oven preheated until golden brown on top.
