1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons milk

Prepare the sponge and dough as in the recipe to the left, adding granulated sugar

After lowering the dough, roll it out on a floured surface to obtain a rectangle measuring 35 x 45 cm
Spread half of the melted butter, leaving borders 1.5 cm wide
Mix in the confectioners' sugar and cinnamon, then dust the dough with three-quarters of the mixture
Roll up along the longer side and press the ends

Cut slices 2 cm thick and arrange them on greased and floured baking sheets (leave space between each one)
Gently press down on each one with your fingers
Heat the oven to medium temperature
Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown
Cream Cheese Topping
Mix confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract
Add milk, a tablespoon at a time, stirring well after each addition
Distribute over the warm rolls.
