1 Preheat the oven to 200°C
Beat the whites until frothy and reserve
Thoroughly beat the yolks, then add the rice, milk, margarine, flour, salsa, salt, pepper, and ham
Mix well
2 Fold in the whipped whites and transfer the mixture to a 18cm-diameter greased mold
Bake until golden brown
Serve immediately.
