Pastry Dough
3 1/2 cups (ch) of wheat flour
1 1/4 cup (ch) of Primor butter
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of onion cream
4 tablespoons of cream without whey
Stuffing
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of Primor butter
500 g of shrimp, peeled and cleaned
1 cup (ch) of cooked and mashed potato
1/2 cup (ch) of coconut milk
1/2 cup (ch) of dendê oil
Salt, black pepper, and chopped chili to taste
2 beaten eggs
250 g of grated Parmesan cheese

Combine all the ingredients, mix well, and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Mold the dough and line a removable-bottom pan
Stuffing
1 Preheat the oven to 200°C
Fry the onion, garlic, and butter in olive oil
Add the shrimp, potato, coconut milk, and stir well
Add dendê oil, salt, and black pepper
2 Turn off the heat, add the chili sauce, beaten eggs, mix well, and let it cool down
Pour over the dough and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes and serve immediately.
