Dough
1 cup (ch) of wheat flour without yeast
1/2 cup (ch) of butter
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of sugar
1 egg
Filling
300g of white chocolate
1/2 can of cream of milk
1/2 can of condensed milk
1 tablespoon of butter
1/2 can of passionfruit juice (use the same measurement as sweetened condensed milk)
1 tablespoon of corn syrup
1 envelope of unsweetened and unflavored gelatin
3 large egg whites
Dough

Dough: mix flour, salt, and sugar with butter using hands until you get a thick crumb
Add the egg and mix until you get a ball
Don't overwork the dough
Refrigerate covered with plastic film for 15 minutes
Line the bottom and sides of a round mold with the dough
Cover with raw kidney beans and bake in a preheated oven at medium heat for about 20 minutes
Let it cool and remove the beans
Filling: melt the chocolate in a water bath
Remove from heat and add cream of milk, condensed milk, butter, passionfruit juice, and corn syrup
Mix well and let it cool
Hydrate the gelatin according to the manufacturer's instructions and mix with the filling
Fold in egg whites delicately
Pour over the dough and refrigerate until the next day
Garnish with chocolate shavings or milk chocolate.
