1 handfull of cooked spinach
500g of potatoes
100g of crumbled bacon
3 tablespoons of butter
1 cup of milk
100g of grated mozzarella
50g of grated cheddar cheese
Salt to taste

Fry the bacon in butter, add the spinach and cook for a few minutes. Reserve
Cut the potatoes into slices and boil them in salted water until they're tender, but still firm
Drain and reserve
Grease a baking dish and pour the milk to cover the bottom
Reserve the rest
Make a layer with the potatoes, top with spinach and sprinkle mozzarella cheese
Continue alternating layers until all ingredients are used up
Spread the grated cheddar cheese on top and bake in a hot oven until golden brown.
