2 cups of milk
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
4 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 egg
A pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of butter

In a saucepan, mix together the sugar and egg
Separately, combine the cornstarch with the milk and add this mixture to the saucepan, stirring well
Bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened
Remove from heat, add the vanilla extract, salt, and butter
Mix well, and let cool with a sheet of aluminum foil placed over the cream (in direct contact)
Assemble the tart and decorate with your preferred fruit filling.
