2 cups of wheat flour with yeast
4 tablespoons of sugar
4 tablespoons of milk
3 tablespoons of cider
2 tablespoons of butter
1 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice
5 sliced apples
2 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and mashed (200g)
2 cloves
1 pinch of salt

Round refrigerator with a 20 cm diameter

Round refrigerator with a 20 cm diameter
Melt the butter in a bowl with the mashed potato, flour, and salt
Gradually add the milk until you get a dough that's not too wet
Divide into two portions
Roll out each portion separately
Reserve one portion and use the other to line the bottom and sides of the mold
Distribute sliced apples on top of the dough
Sprinkle with sugar and drizzle with lemon juice
Add a clove and a dash of cider
Join the reserved dough, sealing the edges with your fingertips
Cover with aluminum foil and press down firmly with your hands
Bring to a boil in a hot bath until the water is boiling
Reduce heat to low and cook for 2 hours and 30 minutes or until the dough becomes firm
Remove from mold while still warm and cut into slices
Serve with ice cream.
