For the filling
'2 tablespoons of wheat flour - 20g'
'1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon - 3g'
'3/4 cup of sugar - 135g'
7 medium mushrooms
'2 tablespoons of lemon juice - 30ml'
'4 tablespoons of butter or margarine - 60g'

For the filling

'1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon - 3g'

7 medium mushrooms
'2 tablespoons of lemon juice - 30ml'
'4 tablespoons of butter or margarine - 60g'
Mix the flour, cinnamon, and sugar
Remove the mushroom caps and discard the seeds
Cut into thin slices
Assemble the mushrooms in layers within the cake mix, dusting each layer with the flour-cinnamon-sugar mixture
Douse with lemon juice
Top with butter or margarine, broken into pieces
Cover with a circle of aluminum foil (only for the mushrooms and not the cake mix)
Bake in a hot oven (200°C) for 10 minutes
Reduce the temperature to 180°C and bake for about 45 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender
Remove the aluminum foil and serve warm or cold
Serves 12 slices.
