1 kg of sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons of butter

500g of cooked and shredded beef
1 handful of chopped cabbage

Preheat the oven to 180°C
Cook the sweet potatoes and blend them while still hot
Add butter, salt, and mix well
Beat the eggs until they double in volume
Combine with the sweet potato mixture and work the dough until it's homogeneous. Reserve
In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic
Add the cooked beef and chopped cabbage; cook for 5 minutes and let cool
Use half of the sweet potato mixture to line the bottom of a large baking dish
Fill and cover with the remaining sweet potato mixture
Sprinkle grated cheese and bake in the oven for approximately 25 minutes or until golden.
