Dough
1 kg of sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons of butter
Salt to taste
2 eggs
Filling
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 chopped onion
2 cloves of minced garlic
500 g of cooked and shredded beef
1 handful of chopped cabbage
1/2 cup grated cheese for dusting
Dough
1 kg of sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons of butter
Salt to taste

Dough
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Cook the sweet potatoes and pass them through a vegetable mill while still hot
Add butter, salt, and mix well
Beat the eggs until doubled in volume
Combine with the sweet potato purée and work the dough until homogeneous. Reserve
Filling
In a pan heat the olive oil and brown the onion and garlic
Add the cooked beef and chopped cabbage, stir-fry for 5 minutes, remove from heat and let cool
Assembly
Use half of the sweet potato dough to line the bottom of a large baking dish
Fill and cover with the remaining dough
Dust with grated cheese and bake in the oven for approximately 25 minutes or until golden brown.
