Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
Boil the sweet potatoes and blend while still hot

Add butter and salt, mix well. Reserve

Beat the eggs until doubled in volume

Combine with puree and work the dough until uniform. Reserve

In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic

Add cooked beef and chopped cabbage, simmer for 5 minutes, then let cool
Assembly
Use half of the sweet potato dough to line the bottom of a large baking dish
Stuff with filling and cover with remaining dough
Sprinkle grated cheese and bake until golden brown.
