3 small pãozinhos

Cut a lid from each pãozinho
Remove the filling
Place a small pat of butter or margarine in the bottom of each pãozinho
Fry the chicken and mushroom mixture in butter or margarine
Season to taste and add white wine
Stuff the pãozinhos
Fry 3 eggs
Place 1 egg on top of each stuffed pãozinho
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese
Bake quickly in a hot oven
Wait for the cheese to melt slightly
Serve with salad
Dish out into 3 portions.
