Dough
2 cups of wheat flour
1/4 cup of sugar
4 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 pinch of salt
3/4 cup of butter, at room temperature
1 egg
Filling
250g of pound cake crumbs
100g of sugar
250g of heavy cream
3 eggs
To decorate
6-8 maraschino cherries, pitted

Dough
Preheat the oven to high heat
In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt
Add in the butter and egg and knead the mixture until it's homogeneous
Let it rest for an hour
Line the tart pan with the dough
Filling
In a bowl, mix well the pound cake crumbs and sugar
Add in the heavy cream, eggs, and mix well
Spread the filling over the dough and bake for 30 minutes
Remove from oven while still warm and decorate with cherries
