In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt
Add the butter and egg and mix until homogeneous
Let it rest for an hour
Grease a baking dish with the dough
Filling
Preheat the oven to high heat
In a bowl, mix well the cake crumbs and confectioners' sugar
Add the heavy cream, eggs, and mix well
Spread the filling over the dough and bake for 30 minutes
Remove from the oven still warm and decorate with coffee beans.
