Place the flour on a smooth surface
Make a depression in the center
Add the butter or margarine and water
Knead until forming a homogeneous dough
Roll out the dough and line an ungreased tart pan with it, about 20 cm in diameter
Finish the edges
Bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for about 35 minutes
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly
Sprinkle half of the cheese, ham, and bacon over the baked dough
Repeat the layers
In a medium bowl, beat the eggs lightly
Add the milk and salt, and beat again
Pour into the dough, on top of the ingredients
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 1 hour, or until inserting a knife into the center comes out clean
Do not overbake, as the cream will firm up when cooled
Let it cool in the pan wrapped in aluminum foil
Chill for at least 8 hours.
