For the dough
1 and ½ xícara (chá) of olive oil
1 and ½ xícara (chá) of milk
4 eggs
1 and ½ xícara (chá) of wheat flour
1 spoonful of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
½ xícara (chá) of grated Parmesan cheese
½ xícara (chá) of crumbly biscuit crumbs
For the filling
2 spoonfuls of olive oil
Chopped onion
1 clove of garlic
2 xícaras (chá) of chopped tomato
1 xícara (chá) of creamy cheese
1 xícara (chá) of grated Mozzarella cheese
½ xícara (chá) of grated Parmesan cheese

Filling
Sauté the chopped onion and garlic in olive oil
Transfer to a bowl and add the tomato, cheeses, and mix well
Set aside
Dough
Whisk all ingredients except baking powder in a blender
Then, add baking powder and whisk well with a spoon
Pour half of the dough into a greased and floured cake pan
Add the filling and cover with the remaining dough
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and crumbly biscuit crumbs to gratinate
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 or 30 minutes.
