1 cup of oil
4 eggs
3 cups of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese

1 large can of sardines in olive oil, drained
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 large tomatoes, diced
1/3 cup of green olives, pitted and chopped
1 tablespoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of salt

Dough
Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Grease the tart mold with oil and set aside
In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth
Set aside
Filling
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together and set aside
Assembly
Place half of the dough in the prepared tart mold, cover with the filling, and top with the remaining dough
Bake for 40 minutes
Cut into 6 cm squares
Transfer to a decorative plate and serve.
